COVID-19 Lockdown  - SOME IMPORTANT CHANGES

LFM is still here for you and we will continue to provide some limited face-to-face consultations (F2F) however we ask that where possible you book your appointment as a Telephone consultation or  a Telehealth (Video) consultations. 

Thank you for you patience as our Reception team are dealing with a higher than normal call volume.

Note at present we are only able to offer PFIZER vaccine bookings to existing patients. Appointments via reception. 

- Existing Patients who would like to bring their Dose 2 AstraZeneca booking forward, please contact reception on 9416 7411

-We welcome  New patients, however please note new patients registering for only Pfizer vaccine will need to wait for a later vaccine offering. 

 

  • DO NOT attend the surgery if you have any cold-flu like symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, headache etc) and /or have attended any hotspot or been in contact with a diagnosed or suspected  COVID-19 case. 
  • We will ONLY be able to see those patients with respiratory or viral symptoms who have had a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test relating to those symptoms * result must no older than be 24-48 hours 
  • Masks are MANDATORY inside the building and the surgery
  • Temperature checking at reception

Remember will still ask that you do not come directly to the surgery with any of the following symptoms : fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, sore throat

Two new dedicated disabled parking spots have been allocated outside our entrance plus a 5 MIN KISS AND RIDE SPACE to assist Patients with mobility issues during construction of the Lindfield Village Green. 

 

 

 

 

 

We are continuing our COVID Safe measures

Infection control measures we are adhering to at this time include: 

  • use of social distancing guidelines by spacing of waiting room chairs and reduced patient attendance to the surgery;
  • triaged admittance of booked patients to the surgery, including temperature checks;
  • use of hand sanitisers at the door and face masks for staff and patients;
  • increased infection control cleaning across the practice.

Please do not come into the surgery if you...

  • have fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, sore throat, body aches (with fever) - please phone the surgery to speak with a doctor.
